address in our database when a statement that was mailed to her was returned to our officeWe did however, contact Ms*** several times by telephone regarding her account balanceOur collection agency has also attempted to contact Ms*** with no response as wellWe are more than willing to work with our patients when a financial hardship arises, but we can't do that if the patient fails to contact our office
