I started contributing to my child's RESP through CEFI since and when it was time to cash my contribution, they refused to give it to me
First they said they mailed a check which I never received and they can not show a returned envelop which means it was never mailed in the first instanceThen I requested the "cheque" cancelled and direct deposit the fundAs simple as that seems, it has not been deposited I called, left messages, e-mailed to ask what the problem is but kept on promising to deposit the fund
We have been on this since August still not deposited
I made the contribution so that I will not suffer for money to send my children to school, but opposite is the case for me
Is this the norm? Please help me
