Hi ***;Thank you for sharing your concerns In the future, you are always welcome to contact the Patient Relations Department at [redacted] I contacted our billing department this morning Your actual coverage shows [redacted] ***; however, they were able to connect with [redacted] At first [redacted] will not give the approval to bill; however, after a lengthy discussion, [redacted] did give us the approval to bill We have also worked with the Recovery Services Department Manager They have canceled your bill out of Recovery in their system The bill you referenced has now been billed to [redacted] You should not have any future concerns with this bill If you do, please reach out to the Patient Relations team at [redacted] I am so sorry for your experience.Best Regards, [redacted]

I am not submitting the HIPPA formI received a call from Children's Hospital and they resolved the problem

I was able to reach the appropriate parties and get my issue resolved, however I would like the compliant to be recorded here due to the fact that the billing got messed up to begin with

I am not accepting or rejecting the response made by the
business, but requesting more information. I can provide more details - the patient's name, date of birth, account number, etcand documentation of the payment I made. I would prefer to send that information to the business rather than the Revdex.com if possible.How is that typically handled in these cases?Thank you for your help
