Failure to refund double payment due to negligence Around approximately around June 19th of I made a payment for tuition, because there was a note from the business I would be charged a late feeAt that time however, the employee was not aware, nor did they bother to check if the tuition had already been payedWhich it hadIt went on for about a month and I had to keep bugging them as polite as possible that I needed that money for bills and food and monthly expensesI would not have payed had I known a payment was already in processThey decided not to, hiding behind that fact that they only check payments the following business day Which does not make sense, by that rational I could pay it times in one day and they wouldn't refund meThey are too lazy to take a piece of paper out of my child's file or at least record that a payment was madeI work in a pharmacy, if we double charge a patientWe would refund themThis happens to be the only place where they don't

My daughter has been attending the Crismon and Baseline location since she was about months old and we absolutely love it! Her teachers are so friendly, attentive, and respectfulEVERYONE knows our names and go out of their way to say hello and give a smileIn comparison to other daycare facilities that I had researched prior to choosing CLA, they are very flexible with week to week attendance and I don't feel locked into paying for days that she isn't able to attendI think their prices are competitive for the area and even if they were more, I would pay it for the attention and education my daughter receives! I would definitely recommend them!

Extremely disappointed with this schoolPulled my son out after his 3rd weekTeachers were extremely rudThe progress reports he brought home that were filled out by the teachers came home with misspelled extremely simply words like 'saled for salad'They did not follow contract and check in or ID my mother when she went to pick my son upNo one even asked her name or who she wasThis was an awful experience I do not recommend this schoolMy son cried everyday I took him there and doesn't even look back when I drop him off at his new preschool
