We did not receive the Revdex.com complaint until April We have been in contact with mom and provided mom with supporting documentation on April 11th for her services performed in that was never paid Mom remitted payment to our agency on May 6th and is now paid in full and the
account is now closed

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI’m not satisfied with the response I got from this business. I have asked them to provided me the backup documentation for the charges, they basically just provided me the insurance notification of denial their claim. I don’t even know if they file the claim in time and if these are really our charges I asked them to send me the sign in sheet since it’s been so long, I don’t remember if we were there on that day. But I never received the additional paperwork I requested. Instead they keep sending me the bill and threaten me that they will transfer me to the collection agency. That’s why I decided to pay the bill.
I wish Revdex.com can give them a poor score so the other people won’t have to go through what we did
