I spoke with this mom she understand that we only work by appointments only on Sunday, and understands this was a break down in communication from the night nurse I spoke with our night nurse and she said she told mom that she would need to call and make an appointment but mom said night nurse told her we are open 9:00am-12:00pm and we only take walk-ins I'm not sure where the break down happened but mom understands this was a communication errorThe physician had already left to go back to the hospital, which the front person was unaware at that timeThis is why she had mom wait in the waiting roomI spoke to the physician, nurse, night nurse and this parentThey are all in agreement that we need to communicate on a better levelWe sincerely apologize for the outcome and our focus is always on the well being of the child

The wait time to be seen is ridiculousMy average wait time just to be called back is thirty minutesToday my appointment was at 8am, I sat in the parking lot and waited for the doors to open, I walked inside only to find out that they scheduled two other children at the exact same timeI have a two month old that was getting shotsWe waited for minutes before we were ever called backWe were there for an hour and a half before the nurse even came in to give her the shotsHer last appointment we waited for minutes to be called back and we were only called back then because the nurse had to be informed that two other people were waiting to be called backWhile us parents waste our day away waiting on them, personal calls etc are madeIts not the professionalism you would expect from a doctors officeI personally went to this same doctor office as a child and took my first child there, however the place has simply gone down hill
