policy is the same regardless of who initiates the dis-enrollment of a student Also, as this was the third year the ***'s had paid registration and supply fees to our school for one of their children, they should have been aware of the fact that these fees are non-refundable should the parent decide not to have the child attend our program We mention this policy in the introductory letter all parents receive on their first visit to the school and it is listed on our website under "Enrollment Procedures" as well as on page three of our parent handbook According to the signed enrollment agreement, Mrs*** stated she had read this handbook and agreed to abide by all policies and procedures therein We made a good faith effort to work with this family by refunding money for the children's afternoon care which was not covered by such contracts and do not feel we are under any obligation to return further money to them
