This is in response to [redacted] ***'s 3/4/complaint.On February 29, 2016, EAC received a certified mailing from Ms [redacted] which contained her signed/notarized Settlement & Release Agreement On February 29, 2016, a check request was initiated granting, in good faith, a complete refund to Ms*** The check was written on February 29, and mailed the following morning, March 1, 2016.EAC has fulfilled the terms of the Settlement & Release Agreement

Any implied warranty is expired This roof was done over years agoThe gutters were not replaced If after years she needs gutters she will have to pay for them herselfThis claim is not validIf wood was removed and not replaced , what held her shingles on for the past YEARSR
and L reputation will speak for itself We were in business for years and NEVER had a Revdex.com complaint. And in closing after years in business R and L is no longer in businessThe owner has retired.

I spoke to the customer of Monday 7/21/and told her by the end of the week I would have people there to identify the problem and she agreed
