Hi ***, as per our phone conversation, here is the information on the complaint. Mom (*** ***) sent an email to our CPMG Contact Us email address on Sunday, 12/07/(office is closed on Sundays), I read the email on Monday, 12/08/and one of our Customer Service Representative made
an outbound call to mom and left a voicemail. CPMG did not get a response from mom. In order to assist mom better, we need to know her child's name and who her Pediatrician was at the time. CPMG does not bill or collect co-pays, that is done thru the Pediatricians office. Please let me know if you need additional information to resolve this issue*** ***

Reported to my insurance company that I paid I spoke to their billing office who confirmed this information several times They know that double billing is illegalIt is apparent that they are used to getting away with these unlawful practices I also have proof through my bank of paymentHowever, my child(ren) appointments were annual physicals which I should not have paid a co-pay They are aware of this and I was not, at the timeI have started receiving automated collections calls since I filed this complaint I have also received a red highlighted bill since I have filed this complaint I have explained to their billing deptMany times their errorAlice, the office manager has yet to return my call regarding this matter I have paid them everything I owe promptly I do not agree with paying them twice for a service I should never had paid in the first place and they know this
