Hi ***, as per our phone conversation, here is the information on the complaint Mom ( [redacted] ***) sent an email to our CPMG Contact Us email address on Sunday, 12/07/(office is closed on Sundays), I read the email on Monday, 12/08/and one of our Customer Service Representative made an outbound call to mom and left a voicemail CPMG did not get a response from mom In order to assist mom better, we need to know her child's name and who her Pediatrician was at the time CPMG does not bill or collect co-pays, that is done thru the Pediatricians office Please let me know if you need additional information to resolve this issue [redacted] * [redacted]
