I have a $Gift card that was deactivated because I did use it in years I was on the phone for over hour and no one could reactivate my card

I normally don't go out of my way to write reviews on businesses but other businesses try to resolve issues like this Apparently Children's Place has set in stone the most ridiculous exchange policyI went to exchange some jeggings my daughters dad had bought for her in size 3T (which is her usual size)However the 3T is way to short on her legs and the 4T in this style of pants is so big around her waist that they fall off her hipsThe tags are still attached but I didn't have a receipt since her dad was the one that made the purchaseHe has unfortunately thrown away the receipt and didn't have a copy emailed to himthe exchange policy will only allow for a different size in the exact same item, which in our case doesn't work for our daughterI was told if we take the credit card into the store they were purchased at that they could look up the proof of purchase and let us exchange for a completely different itemWell after wasting another trip to the store this turned out to
