We did a re color for The [redacted] ’s patio and before [redacted] did the final seal coat He had [redacted] look at it and asked if he was happy and if there was anything more he could do [redacted] told him it looked great [redacted] finished and [redacted] wrote him a checkA few weeks later [redacted] called and asked me to stop and look at a few spots that looked light, I stopped and we agreed that [redacted] would stop and add a little color to the spotsI had [redacted] stop and do the touch up but [redacted] would not let him do his work as we agreedHe then asked to re do the job which is absolutely unnecessaryIf [redacted] would like what we agreed to do I would be very happy to accommodate him [redacted] ***
I have been by and looked at the s I told Mr [redacted] I can not control where concrete cracks as nobody canI can chase and calk where it cracked outside the control jointThe crack has no structural threat to the drivewayI'll be more than happy to calk the joint next week if they would Like Please adviseThanks Rick

I am rejecting this response because: Although *** *** emailed me and said that he was going to put me on the schedule to come out to my property and take a look at my patio, I never received any confirmation that I was put on the schedule (e.g., date, time, etc.). I also had no idea that his lack of contact had any thing to do with the rainy weather. He never emailed me to tell me thatThe point is there has been no communication from *** *** since 2/17/on what the plan is for taking care of my patio. He indicates that he has “no problem taking care of her needs”. Unfortunately, that is not my perception as he has not been in contact with me at all, despite my attempts to communicate with him. As I stated in my complaint, I would like Colorado Curbscapes to either reseal my patio or refund our money I am rejecting the business response because he has made no efforts to contact me to resolve this issue Sincerely,

and he did not respondHe called me minlater and asked where I was, I told him I waited and tried to get his attention but he didn't respondhe replied I was on an important conference call why couldn’t I WaiteI felt that was very rude he’s time was so much more important than mineNever the less we went back a 4th time and did what they askedThe job is done and looks greatSome people are just never satisfiedI feel we have went over and beyond to try and make them happyThanks ***

WOW! This customer wanted us to reseal his patio we did last year and have not been able to get to it yetThere was no complaint as to the work we did, he wanted additional services and is on the list to get it doneI'm shocked as to what people can find the time to complain about!!!! I'll send a
proposal to him for the cost for additional services have him sign it and get it done*** ***
Due to the cold temp's we've been having were not able to do the repairsThis is why we close for the winter seasonI'll be back in town the first of February, and get out as soon as weather permitsThanks Rick
