after speaking with the customer he agreed on the complaint being withdrawn and everything signed upon in contract is accurate . thank you

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I was told the price of the vehicle was $27,900. Sales tax should have been based on $27,900. They charged me sales tax on $31,500. Part of that includes the excise tax($5**.55) and registration fees ($35.00). That leaves $3,045.45 left unsaid in fees. There was no discussion of fees for 3 hours(as they said). I have contacted them on numerous occasions to get a break down of what those fees include and I have not heard back. My dispute is in the amount of $3,045.45, what consisted of these added fees?

All sales prices including tax and registration is on the contract we provided that is binding  , It states on the contract that there is No cool off period . [redacted] as an adult female was  in our  offices for over 3 hours where we accommodated in any way we could. A breakdown was...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I sent the Revdex.com a copy of the only paperwork that was given to me. It is a copy of the financing sheet. The only thing on that sheet is an amount of $33,232.50. This amount includes sales tax of $1,732.50. Please explain to me and the Revdex.com what that $3,600 of fees includes, since the price of the vehicle was $27,900. I have tried numerous times to get this info and have not gotten an answer.

all of the questions were answered,I do not understand what else the customer is looking for on their behalf . I also forwarded all docs to motor vehicles as well . At this point we are asking Revdex.com to close this matter . the customer acknowledged the purchase an  adult and all the documents were signed by her . thank you
