Children's Choice

Thank you for your assistance in this matter. I have spoken with Children's Choice and they are able to place my children into a summer program so my issue has been successfully resolved.

Children's Choice provided care for [redacted]'s child for 7 weeks between 8/17 and 10/2/15.  We have verified, using our attendance sheets for those weeks, that she did attend those 7 weeks.  The total cost for this service was $512.  We received 6 online payments from [redacted]...

which totaled $442.  We have verified with our online payment service that all payments received from [redacted] have been recorded.  When [redacted] communicated with us that she thought she had paid in full, we emailed her a detailed explanation of all charges and all payments and discussed this through email with her.  If she can show confirmation of a payment we are missing, or confirmation that she paid $512 in total payments, we would be happy to adjust her account.  Currently, we show an outstanding balance of $70.
