7/21/- I went to Mission Car Wash to get my car washed at approximately 8:15AMI got “THE WORKS”car wash as I have always done for the past years at this Mission Hand Car Wast took approximately hours to get my car washedI observed my vehicle being moved to two separate locations to be wiped down and cleaned inside and outsideUnkowingly, the employee removed my parking permit on my dashboard to clean the interior of the car and did not place it back on the dashboardI left the car wash and parked my car back at my apartment complex where your permit needs to be visible on your dashboard so your car does not get towedThe next morning my car got towed at my apartment complex on 7/23/at 9:45AMI spent $in cash to retrieve my car on 7/23/where it was towed from my garage at my apartments7/23/- I called the Manager [redacted] at Mission Hand Car Wash 3:30PM to explain the situation at Mission Car WashHe said he would have the owner call meI also dr

Monday, May 14, 2018, I had my car washed at Hayward Mission Car Wash It came out of the car wash with a gash on the right rear fender over the tire and there were some marks on the fender over the left front tireI pointed out the gash to the man detailing my car and, of course, he denied that it was made at the car wash I then went to the manager who handed me over to the assistant manager, who explained why the gash could not have happened at the car wash Upon looking at Yelp I am not alone There were several other customers that had something similar happen to their carsI wouldn't recommend this car wash to anyone If they do decide to take their car here, I advise them to take a picture of their car BEFORE having it washed It is a shame that this can happen and the car wash gets away with it Plus, they know they can get away with it and they have a history to on Yelp to prove it
