Terrible customer service. I had 19 days to purchase an outfit for sons Christening and emailed the business owner to ask her if she could meet that time frame. She assured me, in writing, that it wouldn't be a problem and expedited shipping wouldn't be needed. 8 Days later, she tells me her monogrammer had a set back 6 days after I placed my order and that I would now need to send her additional fees to expedite the order. Upon sending her kind words expressing my heart felt wishes for her monogrammer and an email explaining that I didn't find it to be good business to tack the finances of your companies set backs onto my bill since she had already promised otherwise; she instantly cancelled the order. I now have 9 days to find something for my son that I could have already gotten plenty other places for a better price but now its too late.
