I am sending you the email that I sent [redacted] in an effort to figure out how to resolve this issue.  I left her a message on Monday and left another message today asking her to call me.

Please advise on the process to handle this properly.  I would gladly refund her money for the days that her child did not attend.  That amount is $75,  In her complaint she mentioned that she came back on the 1st day to show us her daughter's eye, and that was not the case  She came back the next morning and left her daughter in our care 7.5 hours without concern or issue.  I have the sign in/out sheets with her time and signature as well as video of her coming and going.  Please contact me any questions.
