***'s children were seen in our officeThe hygienist states that the children were properly seated, universal precautions were taken during their dental procedure and the parents seemed unhappy the moment they entered the operatoryRather than go back and forth about what we did and did not do,
We have refunded Delta Dental of Arkansas the amount they paid toward their dental treatment and I have asked them to allow the treatment to be paid out to another provider.
