Cheyenne, Wyoming.This email is to provide an update with communication shared between the clinic and myself.On November 15, 2017, I received a phone call and voice mail message from "Kim" at 8:11 AM. She basically told me to not return to the office citing "patients, staff, and doctors are to have a good relationship" and she was instructed by one of the doctors to contact me. I was told it was "policy" to discharge patients who do not have a positive experience with their office and my records would be released to whomever I choose. In addition, I was instructed that if I needed to speak with any one at the clinic, then it would be with her, "Kim".I returned the call the same day at 11:13 AM. No one addressed any of my concerns or attempted to inquire about the grievance I held. No one tried to resolve the matter in mutual satisfactory terms. It was a curt reply that all the fault rested with me and they shared none. A desired apology was to never be offered.To think that the whole ordeal could have been prevented if an unfeigned remark, made to a spouse, could have been allowed to remain with two concerned parents instead of interruption and greeted with hostility and pompous cynicism by one of their own.
