I am rejecting this response because:According to my records a call was made on 04/03/2014 and this was paid in full. I would highly suggest to get it together within the billing and collections department. I would not be recommending by any means to any parent to this office as it is unorganized and incompetent of patient records with indicating a payment has been made in "full"
