I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I never received the detailed statement as in the attachment. We moved to ** in June 2014, not sure if there is anything wrong with the mail delivery or not. We received the statement saying the balance of $65, and it says that for service on March 2014. That's why I called our 2014 dental insurance [redacted], and they say that I don't owe the dentist anything. So I ignore them, and they sent my balance to collection. The final collection is because their information is ambiguous. I would pay the $65, but not the $86.71 through the collection company. I would like to get the $21.71 refund.

I have owned animals my whole life. I have never, ever, ever met a vet who was as caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable as Dr. Amy Huff. She goes above and beyond for her patients and I cannot recommend her enough! She makes me have faith in humanity. Their wait times are ridiculously low, their prices are beyond reasonable and the staff is a pleasure to meet! Me and my husband drive from Orlando to Leesburg to see Dr. Huff because she is worth it and my fur babies deserve the best!

Review: I received a bill from this facility at the end of 2014 and it says that the bill was for March 2014, and I contacted my insurance. They said that I did not owe them anything in 2014. I ignored the bill and one collection on the bill sent to me March 2015. Have to contacted them again, they change the comments saying that the bill was for 2013. I was totally lost and now have to pay the bill+collection fee. No matter if there was a fraud on charges or not, definitely their messages sent are not consistent from beginning to the end.Desired Settlement: Would like to get refund for the bill+collection surcharge.
