I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I’m not satisfied with the response I got from this business.  I have asked them to provided me the backup documentation for the charges, they basically just provided me the insurance notification of denial their claim.  I don’t even know if they file the claim in time and if these are really our charges.  I asked them to send me the sign in sheet since it’s been so long, I don’t remember if we were there on that day.  But I never received the additional paperwork I requested.  Instead they keep sending me the bill and threaten me that they will transfer me to the collection agency.   That’s why I decided to pay the bill. 
I wish Revdex.com can give them a poor score so the other people won’t  have to go through what we did.

I was forwarded this complaint ID #[redacted]. Our patient billing coordinator, [redacted] had discussed the following with [redacted] on  4/9 and lastly on 4/13/15. The mother was advised that the outstanding balance was being withdrawn from our third party Invoicing Co. ([redacted]) and would not be receiving any additional invoice. Her balance was not reported to the credit bureau as a default payment. She currently has a zero balance as we completed our research and concluded that her payment that was paid in cash at the time of service was not posted to her account. Our company has resolved her complaints and her balance is currently at a zero.

Review: We attended Children's Learning Connection in [redacted] 8 months ago. We are now receiving a bill for $300 without explanation. We paid for services rendered at each and every visit. I have called and spoken to two different people who promised me they would look into it and get back to me. I never received a call back. I have left several messages since then, and I have not been contacted by anyone from Children's Learning Connection. I am still receiving bills weekly. The bills have no dates and only state that I owe $300. They refuse to call me back.Desired Settlement: Please correct this billing error immediately.

Review: This company sent us a bill for service which they provided to my son two and half years ago. They didn't provied us with any details of the charges. Basically, they stated that there is an past due amount need us to pay now. We tried contact them and was told that our insurance company told them our deductable didn't meet. We question why they bill us so late and ask them to provide the paperwork from our insurance company. They said we need to contact to our insurance. It's been almost three year and our insurance has been change for two years. They still insist that we need to contact to our insurance company. at this point, I don't know if they filed claim to my insurance in time or I don't even know if our insurance company paid them or not since they don't provide us with any details of the billing. This is a bad business. Everyone should be aware of it.Desired Settlement: I hope someone can contact this business and **t them know our concerns. and provide us the backup document we need for the billing charges.
