Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I'm not satisfied with the way she handled the situationI understand accidents will happen but there is a huge NEGLECT issue at both of her centersIts unfortunate that my son and I trusted these people and this is how they thank you for your businessI will make sure I continue to tell everyone I know about this awful place and the awful person who claims to run it At this point this business can't do anything for meso I'll continue to spread the word in hope other children don't have to go through what my son did [redacted] ***

TDFPS has no issues with the operation of the daycarePolicies and procedures are followed as per TDFPS, Every employee must pass a background check, must be over years of age and meet state requirements.Our employees receive training yearly. It's unfortunate that you can't please
everyone and someone has to resort to hateful comments and inaccurate information. Anytime a child is aggressive a behavior plan is put and place or the child may be removed for the aggressive behavior.As per TDFPS parents are informed upon arrival (if a head injury they are called immediately) of any accidents and an incident report is filled out and signedWe adhere to TDFPS standards at all times. Children who are being potty trained do have accidents and dirty clothing is sent in bags, any excessive soiled items, the soil is thrown out, and the clothing is placed in a bag for parent to take home to washPotty training requires the training to be consistent at home and at the daycare

I'm not satisfied with the way she handled the situation.. I understand accidents will happen but there is a huge NEGLECT issue at both of her centers. Its unfortunate that my son and I trusted these people and this is how they thank you for your business...
