This is in response to [redacted]'s 3/4/16 complaint.On February 29, 2016, EAC received a certified mailing from Ms. [redacted] which contained her signed/notarized Settlement & Release Agreement.  On February 29, 2016, a check request was initiated granting, in good faith, a complete refund to Ms. [redacted].  The check was written on February 29, 2016 and mailed the following morning, March 1, 2016.EAC has fulfilled the terms of the Settlement & Release Agreement.

[redacted] did not provide EAC complete and accurate information required for an international adoption.  On February 20, 2016, we offered [redacted] the opportunity to voluntarily withdraw from EAC and our China Adoption program.  As a sign of good faith, we offered to refund all agency...

fees paid, including those considered non-refundable by the contract which she signed. [redacted] refuses to speak with anyone at EAC.  We have turned her file over to our attorney.

I spoke to the customer of Monday 7/21/15 and told her by the end of the week I would have 2 people there to identify the problem and she agreed.

Review: I provided my cell phone number to this business and they are now sending me 1-2 text message ads per week. I have opted out by following the "unsubscribe" information on multiple occasions but keep getting the messages. Yesterday, I called this business directly and asked them to remove me from the list, which they said they would. Today, I got another text ad. I'm not sure what else to do this point but report them. Thank you.Desired Settlement: This business needs to let people know that by providing your cell phone number you are signing up for 1-2 text messages per week. It also needs to fix the unsubscribe function so that users can choose to opt out at any point.

This Email is to notify that the information provided by [redacted] to our store in Lake Forest California has been deleted from our systems and to apologize for the inconvenience that we have caused to her.

This is a new system and we have finally learned how to deal with it. there is no excuse for it to take all this time to resolve this matter, so please accept our apology and we understand that the rating for our store in consequence to this matter, is well deserved.

We will definitively resolve any claims in the future as soon as possible.
