Hi [redacted], as per our phone conversation, here is the information on the complaint. Mom ([redacted]) sent an email to our CPMG Contact Us email address on Sunday, 12/07/14 (office is closed on Sundays), I read the email on Monday, 12/08/14 and one of our Customer Service Representative made...
an outbound call to mom and left a voicemail. CPMG did not get a response from mom. In order to assist mom better, we need to know her child's name and who her Pediatrician was at the time. CPMG does not bill or collect co-pays, that is done thru the Pediatricians office. Please let me know if you need additional information to resolve this issue.

Review: I paid a co-pay for an annual physical for my son and daughter for the amount of $12.00. At the time, I did not know that I was not supposed to pay a co-pay for annual physicals. My insurance company contacted me and sent me a refund. CPMG said that they are due $12. from my insurance company and was upset that the insurance company reimbursed me. They started billing me for the $12. co-pay after they asked me if the insurance company reimbursed me. I told them that they cannot double bill me for a payment I never owed them in the first place. They later changed the billing statements that they were sending me to look like individual services instead of an annual physical to try to manipulate the situation to get another $12.00 co-pay out of me. Sometimes I pay the $12.00 co-pay in cash. Now they are saying I did not pay a co-pay for an appointment in September. I have no control over their interal office fraud practices by their employees taking the co-pay payments in cash,etc. but, I can complain about them double billing me on co-pays.Desired Settlement: At this point my insurance company reimbursed me for the annual physical co-pay. I need them to correct their records. I do not owe them a co-pay for my children's annual physical appointments and they know this but yet they continue to bill me. They are now saying that they did not receive my co-pay for a September appointment. I am tired of the double billing. I cannot control internal fraud but, I need them to correct my billing immediately.
