Childrens Place

I ordered clothes for my kids in 10/31 because children’s place said they were having a big sale and it was the last day. 60 percent off . Well that was a lie because they were at 60% off almost all winter. Anyway I get delivery and half my order is missing . I try to reach them and each time I call I keep getting g out on hold and 20-1 hour waits . I finally call childrens bank card company who says she’ll start a case for two months I heard nothing And now they sent a letter two weeks ago . They basically just wash their hands with it and say because post office delivered with a scan at location it means I did receive it. So now they added money back in to my bill and I have no other choice . No resolution but I live in a building where lock was broken I later find out and someone must’ve stole my package next to mailbox.
