We filed a complaint with Revdex.com several years ago......it what a waste of time....Evidently the process is..a complaint is submitted, paper work is sent to the business involved....if no response, paperwork is sent a second time, if no response......the complaint is just filed away......I could have done that !!!!! Now Lighthouse Construction is back on Revdex.com. ?????? Well it's been 8 years of filing complaints phone calls, contacting Indiana Attorney Generall's Office... they said I should pursue a civil suit but I don't want to spend thousands of dollars !!! AG office said they couldn't do more. So who can or will help the consumer ? Contractors know they can walk off the job, crappy work etc....most consumers do not have more money to spend. He also said he could file a lien against all of our property ! !! We had to spend another $10.000 to repair the mess. Never a call back to try to work with us !!! Not to worry, Joe....Paul passed away August 2014.....we sold our home of 58 years, the new owners completely gutted your mess... I hope you never get the chance to take advantage of more people....I hear Walmart & McDonald's is hiring.....minimum wage ! We didn't know there was a corrupt, crooked people like yoou, your workers & possibly your family ! Very sad [redacted]AND YOU HAVE A GOOD DAY [redacted]
