Where to start...... paid in advance, several times asked to pay more money when I had credits, speech therapist, would take off work because her daughter kept getting sick, neglecting my sons appointments, tried to charge me for HER personal days off, nasty, stuck up, condescending, unhelpful, 45 minute sessions, for her to go over my son, that would take minutes off his time! I needed to switch day and time, that of course got screwed up, this place is a JOKE! Also saw no results! Now, my son has no appointments on schedule because his appointments got messed up. They so far have just dropped my son without notice or him having another service or therapist in line. This is unethical, and I’m lookkg into other recoses I can take...
