In July of Childress Heating and A/C made a service call to my home for an heating issueMy family and I were thoroughly pleased with their professionalism, speed, and efficiencyIn May my home air conditioning system stopped workingI called Childress because of how they treated my family in It was after hours so the answering service offered to have my call returned the next morningAs advertised I was called back the next morning by a very nice lady who heard the problem and provided insight as to what the problem might beThen she arranged to have a service call that afternoon between 1:and 4:At about 3:PM I received a call telling me the team scheduled for my home was delayed and they might be a little past 4:PMI was so impressed that Childress took the time to keep me informedJust before 4:PM a service technician arrived and immediately began a COMPLETE check of my HVAC systemThe technician took the time to explain everything that was going on while he inspected and detected the problem with my HVACAfter determining the problem with my HVAC the technician briefed my completely on what the process would be and the cost I felt completely at ease the entirety of this service callHonest, professional, accountable and timely, Childress Heating and A/C has my family's business for life

I have nothing but praise for Childress HVAC. They installed a Hot air system with a humidifier in my home approx. 10 years ago. Just recentlly, I had a problem with the humidifier which required that I purchase an expensive part for the humidifier to make the furnace operable again. I called Childress, told them the problem may have been caused by faulty installation. I purchased the part, called Childress and they came and installed the part and they REIMBURSED ME $143 for the cost of the part. I come to find out that Childress followed the humidifier's installation instructions which were not correct and contributed to the problem.
ONE DOES NOT FIND MANY CONTRACTORS THAT WILL COME BACK AFTER 10 YEARS TO CORRECT A PROBLEM AND NOT CHARGE THE CUSTOMER FOR THEIR SERVICE.

In May 2015 my home air conditioning system stopped working. I called Childress because of how they treated my family in 2011. It was after hours so the answering service offered to have my call returned the next morning. As advertised I was called back the next morning by a very nice lady who heard the problem and provided insight as to what the problem might be. Then she arranged to have a service call that afternoon between 1:30 and 4:00. At about 3:30 PM I received a call telling me the team scheduled for my home was delayed and they might be a little past 4:00 PM. I was so impressed that Childress took the time to keep me informed. Just before 4:00 PM a service technician arrived and immediately began a COMPLETE check of my HVAC system. The technician took the time to explain everything that was going on while he inspected and detected the problem with my HVAC. After determining the problem with my HVAC the technician briefed my completely on what the process would be and the cost. I felt completely at ease the entirety of this service call. Honest, professional, accountable and timely, Childress Heating and A/C has my family's business for life.
