*** *** spoke with *** *** here at the *** office on 5/6/to explain what happenedWe asked *** that if issues such as the one described, in which the customer is not understanding the situation on who is delivering, that they immediately contact *** to help resolve the situationWe ended up with a customer issue and complaint due to lack of communication on the day of delivery or the days immediately following the day of deliveryI left several voicemails prior to filing this Revdex.com complaintI would suggest that there be a better line of communication between *** and Childress in the future

In regards to the complaint regarding our business from *** is a company that called us to outsource portable toilet rentals for customers that contact themIn the process they told one of the customers that contacted them that they would rent a two portable
toilet in the amount of $for a weekend rentalOur rate is $per potty with a $delivery feeWe contacted the customer to confirm delivery since he had also called usAt the time I did not know what *** had quoted this customerHe said that he was actually renting from *** and not usI explained that we are actually the ones that bring out the portable toilets for ***The customer refused that this was correct and told me that he did not want us to bring out the toiletsHe stated that he was waiting for *** and that they had quoted him Sfor the weekendHe refused for us to deliver any to himI have spoke to the customer that wanted them and he realized that he was the one that cancelledI have also spoke to *** and explained that the customer refused for us to bring them out since they were waiting for them to bring them and for the $rate in which they quotedI still have not heard back from *** and have left several messages
