Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meHaving reached out to childtime upper management directly I do think that the matter was taken more seriously by those not directly involved in my child’s care but those who do care about how the faculty and facility functionMy hope now is that they will be more motivated to take the ACTUAL appropriate measures in regards to the care of YOUNG CHILDREN and not have unmeetable standards for their clienteleAs the director of my sons school could not even tell me or my mother the reason why my son was going to get expelled, at four years old, but when asked about it a second time changed her story entirely and still could not tell my mother whySo I’m not sure how appropriate the measures taken were considering the “assessment” wasn’t very clear A PSA I suppose would be that they do make higher, visible and not climbable fencing available these days so it would be wise, since it is such a safety issue, to potentially invest in swapping out the foot chain link fence that is currently keeping four year olds from exiting the playground area and entering a busy way intersection Have a wonderful weekend
