We contacted the customer to address his concerns and they have been satisfactorily resolved with the following actions: 1) On our first visit to the customer’s home, there was a miscommunication of the appointment timeUnfortunately we arrived at the end of the service arrival window but was
able to complete the majority of the service before the customer needed to leave for a personal appointment. To provide the service level that we promised our customer we attempted to schedule a follservice for the customerAt that time the customer did not want that service2) As a company we pride ourselves on complete customer satisfaction. The customer was not completely satisfied with our service so we are providing a complete refund of the money he paid the company3) The customer had on ongoing "Healthy Homes" pest protection plan that provided continuous pest protection for his family and home, that agreement was cancelled at his request. 4) We also offered one additional visit at no-cost to the customer which he declined On May 10, the customer thanked us for refunding his money, cancelling his service agreement and the offer to provide an additional serviceAs an organization with over years of customer satisfaction we pride ourselves on treating all our customers like family and are happy that we resolved his concerns

The daycare was shut down and they kept our registration fee. The district manager did not return my calls to address our refund request.We were informed on 12/01/14 that our daycare (Childtime) would be permanently shut down on 12/19/14. We had paid our yearly registration fee for the upcoming 2015 school year in 09/14. We were told that we would receive a refund 4-6 weeks after our last day. We were later told that the school would be keeping our fee even though our child cannot attend the next school year. We were told that since we chose not to go to the other local Childtime location then we forfeited this fee. I called the District Manager to address our concerns. I left messages and she did not return any of my calls. Desired SettlementWe paid $85 for the yearly registration fee. Since we will not be receiving this service we want a pro-rated refund of this money. This fee was supposed to be for the upcoming school year. The fee was due in September 2014 and the school closed in December 2014 so we only got four months of the twelve.
