Childtime and Childtime has not provided goods or services to [redacted]. Further,
Childtime has not charged [redacted] for any goods or services, and it does not
possess sensitive financial or personal identifiable information belonging to
[redacted]. Based upon a review of Childtime’s records, [redacted] does not have an
account with Childtime.
[redacted] appears to have inadvertently received a direct mailer
sent by a third-party advertising agency working on behalf of Childtime. The third-party
advertising agency has been informed of the error and Childtime has been
assured that the files has been updated; [redacted] should not receive further
direct mailings sent by the third-party advertising agency on behalf of
Childtime.
Childtime apologizes for any inconvenience [redacted] may have
experienced.  Childtime considers this
matter to be resolved.

Review: Childtime sent me a mailing at my address addressed to [redacted] There is no one named [redacted] at this address or attached to my household. This may be an identity theft issue. I require Childtime to provide to me in writing the source name and address or other contact information - whether it be mailing list, etc. - from which the business received the name [redacted] attached to my address.Desired Settlement: I require Childtime to immediately provide me with the source of their information placing [redacted] at my address. The information must be detailed and in writing providing ALL pertinent information - whether mailing list, online service, or any other source of information including address, phone numbers, email addresses and websites.
