apparently attempting suicide times is not enough to warrant me at least clinically depressed my doctor has attempted to prescribe me anxiety and depression medications several times but I have refused mostly in part to my anxiety to begin with Knowing that I have someone at home who will unconditionally love me for me is what keeps me going on a daily basis I have never felt so loved by anyone as I do from my dog Since having my dog I still think about suicide but I could never take my life knowing the love we have for each other She gives me the support I need without the help of medications and it is sad that your company failed to recognize this
as stated in my denial letter; "they were unable to identify and establish a significant impairment of any major life function."
depression, anxiety, and the will to live (to which my dog relieves all of) will not qualify you
