I purchase a chili mattress from Chili Tech, earlier this summer, I couldn't get the mattress to work, I called customer service, they explain to me how to set it up, but no success. I decided to return the item. They explained it would take 30 days, before I receive my refund. That's unexceptionable for someone to wait that long for a refund.
