On June 22nd the complainant contacted our Sonora office via phone, she started off the conversation yelling and screaming at the employee who answered the phone, our employee stated that the customer was very disrespectful and insulting on the phone and wasn’t able to get a word inThe call
was transferred to the division manager who attempted to help her, at this point the complainant demanded she be addressed as doctorThe division manager attempted to help the complainant but was meet with the same disrespectful and insulting dialogue as our CSRAfter the conversation ended the manager felt the best course of action would be to end our business relationship and a work order was created to pick up our equipment, credit back the fuel in the tank and write off any balance remaining, leaving a zero balance on the complainants accountThese tasks have been completed *** ***

They will screw up your order send a manager over who says he will take care of you then does nothing and you leave unsatisfied
