there are no issues with it, and then she brought it back and asked for her money to be returned. NB Public safety publication number [redacted] on page 3 states "many people fall prey to the common belief the when buying a used car you have a 30 day money back guarantee, this is not true...." [redacted] purchased the car, took it off our lot, used it for two weeks, and wants her money back. The car works fine. We had taken the car back on the lot and have been attempting to sell it for here. As this does not seem to satisfy the customer, we will return the car to her and she can deal with it as she likes.

The business has not acted in good faith and holds responsibility for the faulty information provided to me that the ** stickers of compliance were located on the vehicle. I wish to have my money refunded.

We will not be discredited with allegations that we did not provide the right answer regard a sticker. The customer was informed enough that she told us where to look for the sticker, and what it should say, We confirmed, by phone, that what she appeared to ask for was there. The customer had every opportunity to confirm that prior to completing the sale, visually, herself. She did not do so. The Revdex.com has no authority to create laws for consumers rights. It is simply an advocate group. We have in our first reply used chapter and verse of consumer rights as dictated by NB Public Safety. The customer has left her car here for us to resell. We are doing this in good faith. It is being advertised on our website, and on [redacted], which cost us money, at no charge. She is free to market it elsewhere if she so chooses.
