Ms. [redacted], my name is [redacted] and I was the manager on duty the night of the incident. I was the one who came out to talk to you. I do want to explain what actually happened that night and want you to know that none of it was intentional nor were any excuses made for any team...

member of ours. Just an accident trying to be prevented. As the server was walking down the isle with a hand full of dishes taking them back to the kitchen, the table before yours in the isle as she was walking stopped the server all of a sudden for something. It caught her by surprise as she turned around to see what they needed. As she did it caused an unbalance in the dishes she was carrying and instead of dropping them everywhere she sat them down on the closest possible space she could find which unfortunately was your table. She did say that she tried to apologize several times and explain the reason why she sat them down. I myself tried to do the same when I came out to talk to you. If I wasn't clear about the reasoning I do apologize. Nothing was intentional, just trying to avoid an accident. We would very much like to correct our mistake and give you the full refund.
