My name is [redacted], I am the Area Director for this Chili's in West Milwaukee.  I have contacted [redacted] myself and apologized to her for this experience.  I have let her know that I will be sending her certificates to invite her back in and compensate her for the previous visit....

 I am also aware that she did contact our corporate offices, Brinker International in Dallas, and they are also sending her an apology letter.   I have also followed up with the General Manager of this location and we will be addressing the incident report with our team member.Please let me know if there is any more information you need or anything more that I can do resolve this matter.Thank you,[redacted]Chilis Area Director[redacted]

Review: I was with my mother and brother. As we walked in to chilis and sat down it took about 5 min to get a drink order. When the waiter came to our table he kept rushing my mother as she still was indecisive on what drink she want he kept saying what drink do you want with an attitude. When he brings us the drinks he slam them on the table and walked away. Didnt ask was we ready to order or anything which we was. It took another 5 to 10 min for him to come back over to get our order. The food was fine. When he gave us the bill he brought just the receipt and just put it on the table and walked off we ask how to pay for it he ignored us. When we asked the bartender she told us on the kiosk we said it didn't work. The waiter came back over say well you can pay with me by this time we had enough so we paid with the bartender the waiter said if you didn't want to give a tip you dont have to do all that I said you wasn't getting a tip regardless your service was horrible in the mist of all this the manager we standing right there and seen it all. Instead of him coming to us and asking whats the problem he rolled his eyes and just walked to the back. I couldn't believe it. I come to this chili's all the time but after this I will not be back. He disrespected me my mom and my brother.Desired Settlement: I want an apology from the waiter and manager in person and I want a refund for everthing because we were not satisfied at all. I hope that now they can began giving better service
