Review: Service works for like 15-20 days then goes out, when I call them to inform them of issues, they blame it all on [redacted], [redacted] comes and looks at the wires, says all is working on their end properly, when I tell Chilitech this, they say that can't be true that the issue IS [redacted]'s fault, and they refuse to fix anything. Every time I ask about or complain about the service, it seems that it comes right back on and works great the rest of that day, then goes out again the next day, like they are purposely messing with my service.Desired Settlement: I want the issue corrected IMMEDIATELY, and want it working for MORE THAN 2 months with NO interruption and I want a bill credit for ONE FULL MOMTH OF SERVICE due to all the issues I've dealt with.

Review: We contracted with Chilitech approximately 5 years ago to develop, host, and maintain our website. The contract has not been renewed, but the company continued to provide service under the old agreement until recent months when they just quit responding to our requests to update our website for which we pay on a per hour basis when those services are provided. We pay a monthly fee for hosting, but if we can't keep our website updated it isn't worth keeping it live. We simply do not have the funds to pay someone else to make the changes and no current staff members know how to make the changes. We have even requested that he take the site down and put up a message that would read something like: "We apologize for the inconvenience while our website is under construction, for assistance please call..." so people would not see how outdated our website is or get outdated information from the website. The Chilitech CEO has not even had the courtesy to respond. We are told that he is too busy to do anything for us, but he (the CEO) is our account administrator. They told us we need to get someone else to do it or get the software to do it ourselves.Desired Settlement: We would like to talk to him about why he has just decided to abaondon us and what we can do to resolve our most critical changes to our website to get us through until we find someone else to do it.

Review: Ordered service on April 18, 2014. Was told it would take up to 10 days to have service. Waited the 10 days, still NO service. Was called on April 30th by [redacted] from Chilitech and informed that my service would go active May 1st. Waited all day on May 1st, and still NOTHING. Technician [redacted], from Chilitech came to my home on May 2nd, checked all wires, said all is connected right, and said he had to submit a help ticket...still NO SERVICE. Here it is, May 6th and still NO internet service.Desired Settlement: I expect to have the service active and fully functional by 3pm on May 7th or legal action will be taken. I don't care what efforts it takes on Chilitechs end.
