Wow! I had two water heaters go out on my at the same time and was gathering quotes from Valley plumbers and Home Depot installation. This company's quote was midrange but the low end was from a non licensed contractor and the high-end from Home Depot's recommended installer. Being that they are licensed, bonded, and member of Revdex.com they had great pricing and the service was impeccable! I now have hot water again and I couldn't be more pleased. The service techs went above and beyond! Professional and prompt, I can't say enough good things about this company and recommend them to anyone with plumbing or AC needs.

Let me begin by saying that Chill Factor has the quickest response rate that I have ever experienced. I called on a Monday morning (around 9:30) and they were at my home at 12:00pm. I explained to them that I had a small child in my home and couldn't be without air for a long period of time. Being a father himself John sent Darrell to my home, fixed the problem and my air was running all while I was feeding my toddler lunch. I couldn't believe the friendly and quick experience that I had. Earlier this year later my water heater broke before work. Again, I called Chill Factor. They assured me that I could be to work on time and that they would replace my water heater economically. With both experiences I spent just under 675 dollars! Wrongfull diagnosis of AC problems in order to make more money off of customers. This person will tell you parts are wrong with your unit that do not need replaced! The estimate was over 500 dollars from chill factor owner, [redacted]. When I had my neighbor look at it- it was a 30 dollar capacitor that had my AC up and running. If he will do this scam on me- he will do it to anyone! Watch out! Call someone you trust! I want my 80 dollars back I paid for "service call" which was not disclosed when I asked for a quote to come out. Then because of the diagnosis as being a fan motor- I bought the 125 dollar motor and put it on myself. When that did not work, I had a certified tech I know check it out- turns out the motor diagnosed as "bad" was incorrect, it was perfectly fine! I wasted 200 dollars because of this company and had to spend money on a hotel because the part we fixed was not faulty and did not solve the problem that day!
