My restaurant needed an emergency ice machine repair on a Friday. The tech (Tyler) came out that afternoon, assessed the damage and told me what the issue was. He said he needed to order some parts but could come back anytime the next week to fix it. Tyler was very professional, honest, didn't try to sell me things I didn't need and was in and out in a timely manner.
I called on Monday morning to set up a cleaning and repair and they were able to have parts ordered and Tyler sent back out by Tuesday morning at 6am! Our machine is running much better than before and I am grateful for that.
We have requested that Chill Tech put us on a schedule to have our machine serviced regularly.
Overall, professional, timely, accurate and honest. What more could you ask for?
