As the homeowner, I never declined the plumber's offer to come again to my house to try to properly fix the toilets, and in fact a plumber did come again to attempt a remedy. During this second visit he asked me for a ''clothes hanger'' which he then used as his ''tool'' to try to solve the problem with the toiletsWhen that attempt failed, the plumber said I needed to replace the toilets, and then left with the toilets still not properly flushing. In my opinion, the plumber's recommendation for new replacement toilets showed incompetence, and I declined the recommendationThe toilets have since been fixed without the need and cost for new toilets

CASE #*** June 13, 2017Please be advised that we had serviced the home of *** *** on 03-12-and had repaired toilets installing necessary parts and clearing toilet bowls of debrisWe had also repaired shower faucet and install new spout for bathtubAt time of service it was our
recommendation to customer to replace toilets and submitted pricing for each.We also advised the home owner that we would also come out again an attempt to repair againThe home owner declined serviceThe home owner has since advised us of his intend on suing our company for services not preformed properlyWe are awaiting his suit at this time.We cannot always repair something we recommend replacement ofProfessional Plumbing & Heating Co Gary * K***
