Chillicothe Truck

We have reached and spoken with the customer to inform her that she did have a warrantyWe have also offered to get the truck inspected after a non authorized service center has done work on the Truck, and help her with the extended warranty companyWe at this point need the customer to let us know when she can bring the truck in and let us inspect the truck and help her to see what is covered

I spoke to Lonnie and we came to an agreementWe are going to let them check it out and fix what needs done with the extended warranty

I still haven't received my refund and it has been weeks since the truck was returned the day they asked me to return it I am rejecting this response because:

I never received a call backWhen I would call in, they would hang up on meIf I would call back they would not answerI want them to take this truck back and get it off my creditThis is the worst business I've ever hadThey had to know what they sold usThe computer was zip tiedWires are everywhereJust cut random wiresWhen we hook it up to a desiel monitor it has so many things wrong with itIt will take thousands to fix thisI want them to take this truck and get it off my credit

We do not have the ability to simply take an inquiry off of a customers credit bureauThis would be an issue that would need to be handled by contacting the credit bureau directly We do not have authority over how a credit bureau operates

I still haven't received my refund and it has been 2 weeks since the truck was returned the day they asked me to return it. 
I am rejecting this response because:

The New 30 Day free warranty that is offered on our vehicles was rolled out as a Promotion on August 1st 2017 and the purchase was made on April 8th 2017.  This did not qualify for the promotion that we started in August.  However the customer did purchase an Extended Service contract with...

the Truck and had all applicable paper work with other purchase documents.  We are unaware of why the customer would not have used there coverage for the repairs in question.   In speaking with Management team this the first we are being made aware of the situation, and we have reached out to the customer in regards to our findings and left a message.

The new car company is called Chillicothe truck. It seems as though it is not sign and drive. However they took most of my downpayment and said it was for the miles driven and to clean the truck
