Chillen Threadz is an Instagram SKAM companyThey show your clothing for sale, take your order money, then never ship the itemsI reached out multiple times before they finally said the items were shippedOver a week later nothing hereI looked up other reviews online and they said the same thingThese guys need to go down before they take other people's money

These guys are literally the worst retail brand I've ever bought fromI work for a clothing brand and "chillin threadz" by far has the absolute worst customer service an customer response timeI asked them to provide me with my shipping information after they proclaimed to have already shipped it outIt still has not shippedIt has been almost a month since I've put my order in and I still haven't received my packageI know their product may look appealing, but it's not worth the price and the chances of you knowing when you will receive your order is unknown

This company is absolutely horrible. I placed an order on December 10, they took the money out of my account right away, and I got a "thank you for your order email". After about a week or so I did not hear anything from the company.. not a "your order has shipped" email, or a tracking number.. NOTHING. This was supposed to be for a Christmas gift. I emailed the company asking the status and if the order had shipped yet. No response. I emailed again on the 24th. Finally later that night I got a response with "Did you receive tracking" I emailed back No. Now it is December 31, I have still not heard a single thing from the company. I have emailed them almost every day. It has been almost a month since I placed my order and I have still not received tracking. And not to mention this company has HORRIBLE customer service. I DEF. DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering from this company. Who knows if I will ever even receive my package. But at least they received their money right away.

Review: I placed my order on October 22, 2015 for ONE shirt. I received an order confirmation that same day, but no shipping information. On October 30, I emailed them because I still had not received any shipping update. They sent me a tracking a number. The tracking number said that USPS was notified of the package on 10/30/15 and that it would be delivered 11/2/15. I have yet to receive my package and today is 11/12/15. It has not updated since 10/30/15. It does not say delivered. According to [redacted] it appears that they still have not received the package from the shipper. I have tried contacting this company and they refuse to email me back concerning this issue. I simply would like to know when my package will be delivered. If it is going to take an extensive amount of time to ship then they need to notify their customers of that before they make a purchase. They took my money out of my account instantly, but now they do not want to respond about where my package is. It has been 3 weeks since I placed my order.Desired Settlement: I would like to be contacted about where my order is. Why is it taking so long to receive one shirt? I would like my order sent to me in a timely fashion.

Review: On February 14th, 2015. I ordered a shirt from the chillinthreadz.Com website. I received an initial email stating that my order was confirmed;however I didn't receive a subsequent email going forward notifying me that my order had shipped. I allowed about two weeks and then began to inquire about my order. I went to the website and used the contact us form and left my inquiry about the eta and received no response. I then sent an email 03/04/2015 by clicking the icon on the site inquiring about the eta on my item and received no response. I then began using the other links on the page such as [redacted] @chillinthreadz, I simply left my email address and asked to be contacted. Someone replied and stated they would yet I never received the email. I tried again and someone responded on my photo saying that my order had shipped and I should have received an email which I've seen neither of. I didn't get a response at that point. I then went to the Facebook link and opted for a private message to convey my unrest in trying to resolve the issue for which I was met with what seemed to me as nonchalance.This occurred 03/11/2015.I expressed that I'd been trying to contact someone for weeks to no avail and that I wanted my order refunded. I was told my order shipped and was returned for unknown reasons.The person then stated they already reshipped my order and wouldn't provide me tracking information that day or subsequent days after. I then waited and still had not received anything so I reached out again via Facebook on 03/20/2015 and was told I would get a refund, to which I still haven't received as on 03/31/2015 and have not been replied to on any attempts I've made.Desired Settlement: I just simply would like to be refunded the 62.08 I paid.

Review: I ordered a medium S/S Fray Stone pullover from the website on September 20, 2015 for a total of $83.83. I have still not received the item and it is now mid October. I contacted the company twice via email and haven't received an response. I also wrote them on instagram and haven't received a reply. I would like to know if the item will be shipped, if so, I would like tracking on it since communication seems to lack with this company or my money back.Desired Settlement: Either a refund or the item shipped. I am leaning more towards a refund since I lost trust in the company.

These guys need to go down before they take other people's money.

Review: I placed an order with this company and they immediately debit the funds from my account for their product. More than a week later and I have yet to receive the product purchased or even a response from their customer service team in several attempts to get to the bottom of the delay or failure to even send my purchased items.

This company is fraudulent and a complete SCAM.

Avoid this company and their fake online advertisement.Desired Settlement: I no longer want their product and would like a full refund of what was debited from my account.
