Early March 2022, Co. inspected and gave an estimate for redoing the flashing between carport & main roof. Up 'til then it had not been leaking but was cosmetically rough. Just needed re & re. A crew arrived about a week later and replaced flashing and some shingles along with some re-sealing. It all looked fine. I received and paid the emailed invoice soon after. Next time it rained there were leaks into sun-room and carport where there had not previously been any. After leaving numerous unanswered messages for Jodi (who seems to be the main sales person), someone did eventually show up after a few weeks and the two guys spent 3-4 hours re-sealing etc. A short while later it rained and leaks were no better than before. After more messages for Jodi went completely ignored, I eventually I went to Chwk Rfg office and after a considerable wait, was taken up to see Jodi, who seemed fairly friendly and understanding. Apparently Carl, the original guy I'd dealt with, had quit and there was some ensuing issues. It seemed to me they wanted to blame him for their problems. But Jodi assured me my job would be looked after etc. A few weeks later someone did show up and after a quick inspection, ascertained and told me what was wrong (evidently the earlier work had been done poorly...) and did some more sealing etc. Next time it rained it still leaked. At one point I emailed the owner, Harold, directly and explained the situation, including Jodi's total unresponsiveness to communication etc. and basically asked him to take care of business. Instead of replying to me he forwarded the email to Jodi with a derogatory comment about me, the "disgruntled customer" and she then forwarded that to me with the note that I was now scheduled in. She made sure I got Harold's comment so I could see that he didn't give a rat's behind about customers; particularly me. Not a hint of professionalism to be seen. Without going into tedious detail; long story short-here I am Aug 1st, nearly five months from the start of this idiocy and they still have not corrected the poor workmanship and are completely ignoring my calls & messages. This even includes Dan, who I had thought was a pretty decent guy. The last time I heard from him was July 4th when he texted "OK, we'll schedule another visit." ... no one's replied or contacted me since. Looks to me like Howard's miserable attitude has permeated the entire company. Roof still looks OK but has continued to leak since work was done. So it's worse than when they 1st showed up. Howard should retire and let someone who cares take over. Seriously, stay away from this poorly managed, careless and slip-shod company.
This owner Howard has no Idea what customer service is all aboutCalled the office the day after the wind storm, received a call from Howard (owner or manager) had a conversation w him re my roofing problems explained how difficult it would be to repair but it had to be doneMy senses where warning me this whole conversation because Howard was borderline rude when he spoke to me and definitely demeaning, but they where recommended so I thought they must be good at there jobsSo days after my conversation w Howard guys showed up, although they where both very nice people where totally unprepared for the job even though I had texted Howard w picture and explanationBoth Guys told me they should be back soon to do repairs because critters where looking for places inside to goSo days passed had heard NOTHING so I called and was basically told too bad you are not a priority To make matters worse I now have animals in my roof and all he could say was we don"t do critters you will have to get animal control to do this, no sorry nothingIs this the company you want working for YOU! This Howard has ZERO BED SIDE MANNER! Amazing they stay in business

They did the roofing for our neighbours next door.
Very dirty and unproffessional staff,,caused lots of damages,jumped the fence and took furniture from our yard to use as a ladder,spit all over our front yard as they laid their equipment on our grass and laid around on the lawn,then they used a blower to push all the dust and dirt and roofing material into our gutters and yard that we recently spend a fortune landscaping,I watched one of their guys pee into our yard, through the fence when we complained,spoke to their foreman did nothing about it,no appologies or nothing.
