our new Controller, [redacted]. I am writing this letter since he is currently out of the office.First I must apologize for the unprofessional attitude presented by our customer service representative; this is not a laughing matter and should not be treated as such.Regarding the "fraudulent charges"; the charges are not being made by Ultrafryer Systems Inc. or an employee. We use a third party to process our credit card charges and have no record of any charges being made on the individual's credit card. Therefore, there is no action we can take regarding discontinuing charging the credit card or issuing a refund. Ultrafryer Systems Inc. is not initiating these charges. Nor have we received any funds from the charges. Furthermore, we do not accept debit cards in the event the charges are being processed in that manner.Our only suggestion is to have the card holder dispute the charges (appears to have already been done) and contact the Fraud Department of the credit card company to request any refund that may be due.If we can be of any assistance is helping determine who is making these charges, please let us know.
