Non Delivery of Service and Fraudulent practiceI contacted [redacted] via craiglist after seeing his ad for appliance repair. I contacted him and he came home and asked for a check of $159 upfront which I paid him. Thereafter he has never shown up at my door to deliver the service. He en-cashed my check. I had to take 2 days off from work because he promised he would be there but he lied. This is a case of fraud and illegal business practice. He has gone absconding with my money.Please take legal action.Desired SettlementRefund of my money and action against the business.

Mr. [redacted] came to my home, June 27, 2015, to fix the ice maker on the refrigerator. He said he needed to order a part and asked if I would pay him $152 so he could order it. I wrote a check for that amount. To date, no ice maker part. I have called numerous times and get excuses as to why the part has not come in. Now he will not answer his phone. Voice mail answers immediately.I have a copy of the work order and cancelled check.I would like my money back.
