Chilson and Son was professional and fair in all aspects of this project, from the bidding process to completion; there were no surprises. And, the three members of their paint crew, not only did an outstanding job, but were very personable and accommodating, sometimes lending a hand to help our homeowners with a little extra assistance during this process. We all felt like they really cared that we received what our individual preferences were. We also appreciated that there was no blaring music or loud shouting from worker to worker. Our atmosphere stayed calm during the entire process. We didn’t feel like they took over our neighborhood during the painting period as other work groups have done.

It was refreshing to work with a company who does what it promises, hires people who take pride in their work, and cares about those they are serving. This was a very positive experience for us and we would not hesitate to recommend your company to any other business whether residential or commercial.

Chilson and Son painted the 49 homes in our HOA in Sun City West. Ray C[redacted] is easy to work with, honest, and works hard to maintain communication with residents (including snowbirds) so they are able to coordinate what they need to do, and pay for extra services when completed. They spent whatever time necessary to do good preparation (including fixing deteriorating stucco because of poor prep by previous contractors), and protect the plants and outdoor items of the homeowner. They did an excellent job, at a reasonable price using quality paints and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
