I am rejecting this response because:
Dear MsD***Thank you for your communication, both the Revdex.com (*** ***) and myself have exhausted our efforts unsuccessfully in an attempt to contact Chilton to resolve this matterI offered extensive documentation reflecting my consistency in disbursing payments.During all my efforts to resolve this matter my only source of communication has been e-mail since in an effort to reduce our cost of living expenses until I secure a job, My telephone was disconnected on my request since we simply cannot afford the added expensesI have retained e-mail allowing access to potential employers, we simply cannot afford the added expense.I would like my account removed from your Collections agency and deleted and erased from my credit reportPotential employers make a credit history mandatory which clearly reflects Chilton having placed me in a derogatory status with my payments which can be proven as untrueI have not defaulted on any of my accounts since being unemployed.I have maintained the terms of my agreement and I have not been late with any of my payments, yet in February my account was unjustifiably placed with Collections. I would like this situation remedied since this negative accounting impacts my credit worthiness and my position as a potential job candidate.Kindly adviseThank you.** ***
